UPPCL Accountant Clerk Syllabus and Selection Procedure

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Procedure) :अभ्यर्थी द्वारा आनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में उपलब्ध करायी गयी सूचना के आधार पर लिखित परीक्षा (CBT) में अस्थायी रुप से (provisionally) सम्मिलित किया जायेगा। अभ्यर्थियों के मात्र लिखित परीक्षा (CBT) में सम्मिलित होने से अर्हता अथवा चयन का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं हो जायेगा। चयन लिखित परीक्षा के आधार पर किया जायेगा।
लिखित परीक्षा (CET) UPPCL सहायक लेखाकार (UPPCL Assistant Accountant) के पद पर विद्युत सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से सीधी भर्ती हेतु वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की लिखित परीक्षा (CET) होगी। लिखित परीक्षा (CBT) का प्रश्न-पत्र दो भागों का होगा।

UPPCL Accountant Clerk  में 50 प्रश्न एवं द्वितीय भाग में 150 प्रश्न होंगे।

प्रथम भाग की लिखित परीक्षा (CBT) में DOEACC के “0” स्तर का कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान से सम्बन्धित एक प्रश्न-पत्र होगा जिसमें 50 प्रश्न होगें। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 01 अंक का होगा अर्थात यह परीक्षा अधिकतम 50 अंकों की होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 1/4 अंक की अतिरिक्त कटौती की जायेगी।

• कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान की प्रथम भाग की परीक्षा में कम से कम 50 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा अन्यथा की स्थिति में सम्बन्धित अभ्यर्थी को अर्ह न मानते हुये उसकी लिखित परीक्षा(CET) के द्वितीय भाग का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा।

द्वितीय भागः (1) द्वितीय भाग की लिखित परीक्षा(CBT) का पाठ्यक्रम (Syllabus) निम्नवत होगा:

• (i) General English & General Hindi.
• (ii) Arithmetic.
• (iii) Accountancy, Auditing and Income Tax (conforming to the graduation standard) The syllabus of Accountancy, Auditing And Income Tax is detailed below:Accountancy:(a) Trading and Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet. (b) Bills of Exchange. (c) Self balancing ledgers and sectional balancing. (d) Capital & Revenue, Receipts & Payments, Income & Expenditure Accounts. (e) Depreciation, Reserve & Provisions. (f) Branch and Departmental Accounts. (8) Double Accounts System. (h) Bank Reconciliation Statement. (i) Rectification of Errors. (i) Balance-Sheet formats & classification.

(2)दक्षता(टंकण)परीक्षा :- हिन्दी टंकण परीक्षा हेतु अभ्यर्थियों को कम्प्यूटर पर 05 मिनट की टंकण परीक्षा में प्रतिभाग लेना होगा जिसके आधार पर टंकण गति का निर्धारण किया जायेगा। चयन हेतु हिन्दी टंकण परीक्षा में न्यूनतम 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा। अर्थात हिन्दी टंकण हेतु निर्धारित इस गति को प्राप्त न करने वाले अभ्यर्थी चयन प्रकिया से बाहर हो जायेंगे। विज्ञापित पद पर निर्धारित दक्षता/टंकण परीक्षा कम्प्यूटर पर Microsoft Word में Font:Kruti Dev 010/016 में ली जायेगी। 

Auditing and Income Tax:

• (a) Object of Audit.
• (b) Vouching and verification.
• (c) Rights, Duties and Liabilities of Auditors.
• (d) Income Tax, Provisions pertaining to income from salary and Provisions related to chapter-VI of Income tax Act 1961.
• (e) Provision relating to TDS & forms to be filed with Income Tax Department.

प्रत्येक प्रश्न 01 अंक का होगा अर्थात यह परीक्षा अधिकतम 150 अंकों की होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिये 1/4 अंक की अतिरिक्त कटौती की जायेगी। (3) कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान के प्रथम भाग के प्रश्नपत्र में अर्जित अंक, श्रेष्ठता (मेरिट) निर्धारण हेतु जोड़े नहीं जायेंगे।
