National Testing Agency (NTA)
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) in India. The UGC NET exam is held for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the post of Assistant Professor or for awarding the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges.
NTA UGC NET JRF December 2022
The NTA UGC NET JRF exam consists of two papers. Paper 1 is common for all candidates and tests the candidates’ general awareness and teaching/research aptitude. Paper 2 tests the candidates’ subject knowledge in the subject they have chosen to appear for the exam in.
To be eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam, candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) or an equivalent grade. There is no age limit for appearing for the UGC NET exam.
National Testing Agency NTA has released the notification for the NTA UGC NET JRF December 2022 Exam Cycles. All the candidates who are interested in this NTA UGC NET 2023 Exam Eligibility Test and fulfill the eligibility can apply online from 29 December 2022 to 17 January 2023. UGC NET JRF Exam Eligibility
- Passed / Appeared Master Degree in the Concerned Subject with at Least a Minimum of 55% Marks. To be eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam, candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) or an equivalent grade. There is no age limit for appearing for the UGC NET exam.
